These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders which are submitted by individuals domiciled in Switzerland or the principality of Liechtenstein, via the online shop of the company:

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least or you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this website.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and you may not in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of these Terms will lead to immediate termination of your Services.

The order becomes binding for the customer when they click the ‘Complete Order’ button to confirm their order when they do the checkout. On the checkout page, each customer has a complete overview of their order, which they can check once again before completing.

When the order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from Beauty Lab Swiss, which is sent to the e-mail address specified by the customer. Please make sure to check the junk/bin folder if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 1 hour. You can also e-mail us at hi@beautylabswiss.com if you have any additional questions. Until the point when the order is shipped, Beauty Lab Swiss can reserve the right to cancel the order or to reduce the number of products the order. If this is the case the customer will immediately be informed about the changes through a separate e-mail, which means the new contract between the customer and Beauty Lab Swiss will be made. If the customer doesn’t want to receive the order with a reduced amount of products, the customer can inform Beauty Lab Swiss about his / her decision, and the order would be canceled. The client will be reimbursed with the amount spend.

Beauty Lab Swiss can reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a legal dispute with the customer: failure to make payments for previous order with Beauty Lab Swiss, or if there are any open invoices from the same customer or another person living in the same household.

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete information about their delivery address and their contact details. If an error in the delivery address occurs and is made by the customer, and delivery is not possible, Beauty Lab Swiss has the right to abandon delivery without the possibility of a claim being made for replacement or damage.

Beauty Lab Swiss storage is located in Clarens, Switzerland. The shipping policy states that Beauty Lab Swiss processes the order within 48 hours on business days (Monday – Friday), upon payment confirmation, and then ships the order to its customer.

Beauty Lab Swiss can deliver merchandise and gift certificates in Switzerland and in the principality of Liechtenstein. Goods are delivered to customers by Swiss Post. Standard economy shipping takes up to 4 business days and priority shipping up to 2 business days. Please note that this is estimate information and not guaranteed, as Swiss Post can have delays from their side, for which Beauty Lab Swiss is not responsible.

Beauty Lab Swiss is always available to explain and provide all the needed information to its customers in regards to products and services offered. Information at beautylabswiss.com is taken either directly from manufacturers or authors and experts, and then delivered to customers through beautylabswiss.com. It is important that the material on this website is not and should not be considered as advice (including medical or legal advice). To the full extent permitted by law, beautylabswiss.com doesn’t give any express or implied warranties and makes no representation in relation to this website. Beauty Lab Swiss doesn’t take any responsibility if the customer didn’t get the needed effect from the product purchased. Information stated on this website should only be used if validated from an appropriate source and if professional advice was obtained. You should rely upon your own assessment to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

Product ingredients which are stated on beautylabswiss.com represent all variations of the product. Beauty Lab Swiss constantly checks and updates ingredients of the products sold, however, it is possible that ingredients may vary from the bautylabswiss.com. Ingredients may be changed by manufacturers, so please make sure to refer to the product packaging for the most up-to-date information.

Every product presented on our website has detailed information about its ingredients and information on how to use it. Please carefully check product ingredients if you know that you have allergies to specific ingredients. Make sure you carefully read the ‘‘How to use’ part, read ‘Warning’ and watch the Video Guide if this is available. Beauty Lab Swiss is always here to respond to your inquiries about each product. Beauty Lab Swiss is not responsible for any damage that the product may have on your skin as we provide detailed information on ingredients and contraindications.

Beauty Lab Swiss reserves the right to change prices and product variations at any time without prior notice. Images of all products and illustrations are not color-binding and can differ from originals. Technical drawings of delivered products can differ from drawings of the manufacturer or other information listed on the Internet.

Current prices are published on beautylabswiss.com. Please always refer to the website for current pricing information. All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF.-) and include VAT (if not stated otherwise).

Shipping costs are then added to the final price. Shipping costs depend on the type of shipping chosen by the customer. Prices are mutually binding at the point of order. If errors or mistakes with the stated prices occur, Beauty Lab Swiss has the right to make price changes, and if this occurs, the customer will be informed through separate e-mail. The customer is not obliged to proceed with the purchase affected by the price change.

Free shipping is offered by Beauty Lab Swiss when customer orders for 80 CHF.- and above (except A-Post Priority Shipping and/or against signature).


Beautylabswiss.com guarantees that all the products in stock are free from damage when they are being shipped. Beauty Lab Swiss is in charge of replacing products that were damaged during shipping (if such a situation occurs) if the customer will inform beuatylabswiss.com by e-mail, and provide a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours (2 days) of the merchandise. The customer then can return the damaged product to Beauty Lab Swiss within 4 days. If this situation occurs Beauty Lab Swiss will cover shipping/return costs.

Beauty Lab Andronova is liable to customers for damages, as such liability for Beauty Lab Andronova is determined by the Swiss Product Liability Act.

Every other form of warranty for delivered products and every liability for damages which are caused by these products is excluded unless Beauty Lab Swiss has fraudulently concealed the respective product defects. If, however, Beauty Lab Swiss can assert further warranty claims against its suppliers for the affected product, Beauty Lab Swiss shall, where possible, transfer these claims to the customer upon request. Beauty Lab Swiss does not accept any responsibility that these claims can be asserted successfully. The same applies to any kind of claims which Beauty Lab Swiss can assert against the Postal Service for damages that occurred during transport.

This means that Beauty Lab Swiss doesn’t certify that products sold will provide customers with expected results. Moreover, Beauty Lab Swiss is not responsible for damages that occur due to external influences, inappropriate storage, or usage of the product.


Customers have the right to return ordered goods within 10 days after delivery was made. The customer doesn’t need to provide Beauty Lab Swiss with a specific reason for the return. All goods must be sent to:

Important! Products that will be returned will only be accepted in a suitable condition: unopened, undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. When returned goods would be received by Beauty Lab Swiss, checked, and approved for a return, the customer would be reimbursed only with an amount for purchased goods. All the costs incurred for the return would be paid by customers.

Beauty Lab Swiss guarantees that products are free from damage at the point of shipping. Products that have been damaged during shipping have to be replaced by Beauty Lab Swiss if the customer informs Beauty Lab Swiss by e-mail (customer should also attach a photo of damaged item) within 48 hours (2 days) of the merchandise.

Beauty Lab Swiss does not warrant that products are appropriate for customers’ intended application or that they deliver specific results.


When you make an order through www.beautylabswiss.com, you will have to pay the full amount in advance in order for your order to start processing. You are able to choose payment methods, which are stated on the website and are as follows: Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer.

If the customer is willing to make a payment via bank transfer, Beauty Lab Swiss will send their account details together with a confirmation e-mail. Customers will have 48 hours to transfer the required amount. If the amount was not received, Beauty Lab Swiss will cancel the order and re-stock the products. Products ordered remain the property of Beauty Lab Swiss until the payment is made and payment confirmation is received through the credit card provider. Beauty Lab Account Details are as follows:

Each customer can become a client at Beauty Lab Swiss. The ‘My Account’ section requires different types of personal information from each customer and can be changed or deleted at any time. Beauty Lab Swiss processes customers’ personal data in order to build and maintain client relationships, to evaluate what is liked/disliked by its customers, and for marketing activities. If customers do not wish to be in the Beauty Lab Swiss database, they can check out as a ‘Guest’.

We believe it is important to inform our customers that there might be some information on our website that includes material from third-parties (including our manufacturers or distributors).

Beauty Lab Swiss is not liable and responsible for any information provided by third parties. We are not responsible for any harm/damage that products, services, and material of third parties may bring to you. Please take a closer look at third-party terms and conditions/policy and practices before making a purchase.


If a customer decides to send without a request from Beauty Lab Swiss a creative idea, proposal, suggestion, or any other material through e-mail, online, post mail, Instagram, or in any other form, the customer agrees that Beauty Lab Swiss can at any time without any limitation use, copy, edit, publish, distribute and do whatever they want with the material that was sent by the customer. We are and will not be under no duty to 1. Respond to any comments if we do not want to 2. Pay compensation for any comments/ideas 3. To maintain any comments in confidence.

Beauty Lab Swiss can, but has no duty/obligation to edit, remove or monitor the content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or another personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.


The liability for product defects or damages caused by such defects is determined exclusively pursuant to Part 4. For damages that result from delayed delivery, Part 2 shall be helpful.

Furthermore, Beauty Lab Swiss shall exclude, within the framework of valid statutory regulations, any other form of liability to the customer in association with the products, the use, or the (non-) availability of the website www.beautylabswiss.com and resulting damages. This means that, for example, the assertion of claims resulting from the impossibility of service provision, non-fulfillment, and from unauthorized action is excluded, both against Beauty Lab Swiss and against its vicarious agents, insofar as there is no evidence of intentional or grossly negligent action.


If there is a part in these Terms & Conditions that is for some reason invalid, it doesn’t affect the validity of other parts and their purpose.


The contract is entirely subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disagreements with Beautylabswiss.com is subject to federal law in Vaud, Switzerland.


Beautylabswiss.com has the right to adjust and change these Terms & Conditions at any time, and apply the changes with immediate effect.
