HOW TO USE:
This brush should be used before showering. Keep the brush away from moisture. This brush is used to massage problematic areas. Work up following the lines of the lymph. Push the skin intensively using a little pressure. If the massage causes a strong burning sensation and/or red spots, please reduce the pressure during the next procedure. Start the massage from your legs. Thighs and buttocks should be massaged in circular movements and then in the upward direction. Massage your back, starting from the lower back and gliding to the shoulder blades. Ease the pressure when massaging your belly. Ideal massage time varies from 10 to 15 minutes. It is recommended to take a contrast shower, after this massage, to have a more noticeable effect. After washing away peeled-off skin particles, apply hydrating cream. It is recommended to use this brush 3-4 times a week.
Keep the brush away from water or any type of moisturizer. Use only for a dry massage!
Do not use this brush in severe forms of skin (including vascular) diseases and in the area of open injuries.
