ORDERS & PAYMENTS

1. What payment methods do we accept?

We accept:
Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express

2. I made an order today, when will it arrive?

Thank you for shopping with us! We process the order as soon as we can, and usually within 48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). Processing time may take longer during Christmas, New Year, and events such as Black Friday.

When your order is prepared and shipped, it will be delivered to you by Swiss Post. Standard economy shipping takes up to 4 business days and priority shipping up to 2 business days. Please note that this is estimate information and not guaranteed, as Swiss Post can have delays from their side, for which Beauty Lab Swiss is not responsible. Also, Swiss Post doesn’t operate during public holidays (this information can be found on the Swiss Post website).

3. Do I get any samples or gifts?

You get a free surprise sheet mask with every order over CHF 99.-

4. How do I apply a Discount Code?

During checkout simply enter the discount code in the ‘Discount Code or Gift Card’ field and click ‘Apply’. The amount of the discount will straight away be deducted from your final price.
Please note: Only one discount code can be applied per order and it can’t be mixed with other promotional offers.

5. I would like to place an order as a gift and I don’t want any prices to be shown. Can this be done?

Beauty Lab Swiss would like to thank you for shopping with us. Do not worry, you can easily order something as a gift. Our invoices are sent by e-mail only, so there is no price information in any of the packages we sent. If you have any other questions, you can easily e-mail us at hi@beautylabswiss.com. We hope your gift would be appreciated!

SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Where do you ship from?

We ship from Clarens, Switzerland.

2. Which shipping options are possible?

All our orders are shipped by Swiss Post. Following options are available:
Economy Shipping – around 2-4 business days.
Priority Shipping – around 2 business days.
You are able to choose the Signature option, which means when your parcel will be delivered to you it will require your signature. If you are absent when delivery is made, Swiss Post will leave a yellow slip in your letter/post box. You will then go to the local post office and present this slip in order to get your parcel.
Beauty Lab Swiss is not responsible for stolen or lost packages unless it happens before or during transit. Therefore we recommend choosing the signature option to make sure your package is delivered to you securely.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders above CHF 80.-

5. How can I track my parcel?

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your parcel. Once you have the tracking number you can easily check the status of your order. In case you didn’t get any confirmation e-mail, please check your junk e-mail box.

6. Tracking number shows that my parcel is delivered, but it is not in my letter box. Where is it and what can I do?

Beauty Lab Swiss is really sorry to hear this is happening to you. First of all, we do recommend checking if your neighbors didn’t receive your order by mistake, as this is what usually happens. If your neighbors didn’t receive the order, unfortunately, the parcel is most likely stolen.

If you believe that the parcel is stolen, you can go to the local police station and make a claim. We do recommend to send the claim to your household insurance.

7. What countries except Switzerland do you ship to?

Beauty Lab Swiss website operates only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
We are working on expanding our services to Europe. Please allow some time for this to happen.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND DAMAGES

1. Can I cancel or change the order if it is already been placed?

We are sorry but we do not offer an exchange on any of the products once they have been shipped out.

If you have just placed an order and realized that you took the wrong item, or you would like to cancel one of the items from your order, please contact us straight away at hi@beautylabswiss.com, so we can do our best to help you re-adjust the order.

2. Can I return a product?

Beauty Lab Swiss accepts unopened, undamaged, and unused products.

Please note: You will be reimbursed with the price of the item only – original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. We will proceed with the refund after we receive the item and check it (in order to see if it meets the return requirements).

3. I received damaged and or wrong item. What should I do?

Beauty Lab Swiss is sorry about this situation. Please send us an e-mail at hi@beautylabswiss.com with a picture of the damaged or wrong item and we will help you from there!

1. Are products on Beauty Lab Swiss 100% authentic?

Beauty Lab Swiss is proud to source all products either from brands directly, or from a legitimate distributor. You can be assured, that if you decide to shop with Beauty Lab Swiss, you will ALWAYS get authentic products.
